1. Sapphire
This is arguably the most popular blue birthstone and the one comes to mind first. Sapphire is one of the rocks that occurs ranging from dark blue, sometimes almost black, to a light blue birthstone like the ones that come from Montana. Topaz is another famous blue birthstone. This gem is mostly colorless in nature, and it is irradiated in order to turn it into a light blue birthstone or dark blue birthstone depending on the way it is manipulated. Topaz is a symbol of fidelity and is an interesting birth rock.
4. Zircon
If there is a gemstone that can come close to diamond in its radiance, then it is definitely zircon. This birthstone comes in various colors, and one of them is blue.

9. Beryl
Bluish color beryl has its own name. It is aquamarine. Aquamarines come in different shades of blue and that can have a significant impact on the price of this blue birthstone. Deep blue aquamarine is called maxixe and occurs mostly in Madagascar.
10. Garnet
Garnet is one of those birthstones that can occur in a variety of colors. Blue pyrope–spessartine garnets were discovered only in the late 1990s in Madagascar.
